TERMS & CONDITIONS

The disco on the above dates will be between the times of X and Y, a duration of Z hours.

The cost of the disco will be £ XXX, and will be payable on the night, either in cash or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to DAVID SINCLAIR

A cancellation more than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the disco will result in no costs to the hirer, between 7 (seven) and 13 (thirteen) days prior to the disco will result a charge equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the total cost less any booking fee amount, and cancellations less than 7 (seven) days will result in the a charge equal to balance of the cost of the disco. (some exemptions may apply)

The hirer is to ensure that there is access to the venue for an adequate amount of time, dependant on the venue, prior to the disco and after the end of the disco, to allow for the setting up and removing of the disco equipment.

Any costs and losses resulting from damage to, repair of, or loss of items belonging to DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO by person or persons attending the function, will be payable by the hirer. A rough estimate of any costs will be given by DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO at the event, and an estimate for the costs will be sent out within 14 (fourteen) days, followed by an invoice once all costs have been finalised.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there are adequate power points in the venue for DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO to run their set up from (2 standard, 230 volt 13 amp sockets). If there is insufficient power points, DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO reserve the right to either reduce in size the amount and power of equipment, or if totally unsuitable, cancel the disco. In this case no refund will be offered. (If the event is outdoors, then the provision of power will by separate arrangement)

Although the hirer has hired DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO, if the management of the venue deem that the disco will finish earlier than the agreed time between DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO and the hirer, the disco will finish at the time deemed by the management, and no refund will be given.

Any member of DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO reserves the right stop the disco at any point if they feel that their safety, the safety of the equipment, or the safety of any person(s) attending the event, is in danger, or if they are abused either physically or verbally by any person attending the event. In the event of this happening, no refunds will be given.

If during the event DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO's equipment fails totally due to circumstances beyond the control of the hirer or the venue, then a pro-rata refund will be offered against the time that the disco was due to finish.

If at the agreement of the hirer, the venue management and DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO, the disco is to go on longer than the agreed finishing time, then an additional charge of  £ZZZ per half hour, or part thereof, will apply.

Photographs and videos of the evening may be taken by DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO for use in promotional material, and on the website www.dynamicsoundsdisco.co.uk. If there is copyright material, children under sixteen years of age or for any reason any other material, persons etc that the hirer should wish not to be photographed or videoed, please inform us prior to, or at the start of the event. Any pictures or videos taken during the evening will be, and shall remain copyright of DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO.

If the hirer is to promote or advertise the event via any media, please inform DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO if you are to use their name, their website, or the names of any members of DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO in the promotional or advertising material

The person signing as hirer MUST be over the age of 18 (eighteen) years. For persons under 18 years of age wishing to hire DYNAMIC SOUNDS DISCO, a person over the age of 18 years MUST sign as hirer, and that person is therefore responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of the contract.
